Jersey skirt

I made this quick skirt yesterday! A very simple model without any pattern pieces to cut out, you just measure your hips before you cut the fabric. It turned out a bit short (Turning the inner layer  halfway around makes the skirt a lot shorter.), a little too tight around the hips and way too big in the waist, but with a sweater to hide the top, I think it looks good. And it's comfortable. So I'm rather pleased. After all, this is one of my first attempts at making clothes for myself.

Another grocery bag

A friend of a friend asked me if I could make her a simple grocery/anything bag (like the one I made a few weeks ago) to use for bringing stuff to work. This is the result. I Hope she will like it. The fabric is thick cotton from IKEA.
